Your payment secures your discovery session and is a retainer of our time. By requesting an invoice and submitting your payment you are agreeing to the terms in your email. We accept Zelle using juliaohlson99@gmail.com, or checks made payable to Julia Ohlson.
Discovery sessions are payable in advance and are non-refundable. Sessions must be used within 6 months of pre-payment. Please give at least 72 hours notice if you need to reschedule. Changes in travel due to rescheduling may result in additional charges.
By submitting this agreement and your payment, you agree to the terms of service as listed in your proposal sent via email. JFO Design Studio reserves the right to revise or update these terms at any time without prior notice. We respect your privacy and your personal information will never be shared without your permission.
You’ll receive an invoice by email once we’ve received your agreement.
