Good to know.
The questions we hear most, answered. Don’t see yours? Ask us on the contact page.
What’s the difference between event design and event planning?
Planning is logistics — timelines, contracts, the run of show. Design is what the room looks and feels like — concept, palette, florals, lighting, tablescapes, backdrops and installation. We focus on design and event-day styling, and we work alongside your planner or venue coordinator.
How do we get started?
Send an inquiry on the contact page with your date, venue (if you have one), guest count and a little about your vibe. We reply within two business days to set up a call.
What areas do you serve?
We’re based in Rockford, Illinois and design events across Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin — Rockford, Beloit, Madison, Machesney Park and the surrounding areas. Traveling further? Ask; we often can.
How far in advance should I reach out?
For weddings, 6–12 months is ideal. Corporate events, parties and milestone birthdays can come together in 6–8 weeks. Short on time? Ask anyway — we’ll tell you what’s possible.
What does it cost?
Every event is custom, so pricing depends on scope, guest count and the pieces involved. Share a budget range in your inquiry and we’ll design to it.
Do you do corporate events?
Yes — launches, holiday parties, client dinners and brand activations. See GLOW by Britt at The Mercato by Lino’s in our portfolio for an example.
Do you work with my venue and vendors?
Yes. We collaborate with your florist, caterer, rental company and venue team, or bring in trusted partners if you need them.
Can I just book a tablescape?
Absolutely. Tablescape & decor is one of our most popular stand-alone services for dinner parties, showers and corporate dinners.
Do you rent decor?
We do. Our rental collection — candlesticks, vintage brass, disco balls, linens, backdrops and statement pieces — is being cataloged now. Ask about availability for your date on the contact page.
Still have a question?
Send it over with your date and we’ll get right back to you.
